Patrick Arnold is a 22-year-old emancipated probation youth. He is a member of the LA County Chapter of CYC and a devoted advocate for transition age foster youth. He currently attends West Los Angeles College studying Business. Patrick also works full time at a downtown Los Angeles law firm.
